Job Description

Guest Experience & Care Coordinator La Chelé Medical Aesthetics La Chelé Medical Aesthetics is a boutique, concierge-style medical aesthetics practice focused on injectables, skincare, wellness, and hormone therapy. We're looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and naturally good with people. Someone who can keep up with a busy day, stay on top of details, and make guests feel comfortable and taken care of. This is not just a front desk job. You'll be involved in the full guest experience and help keep the day running smoothly from start to finish. Compensation & Perks Top performers in this role typically excel in client relationships, retention, and overall guest experience and are eligible for additional growth opportunities within the practice $20-$22+/hour (depending on years of experience) Skincare product commissions Discounts on treatments and skincare. Complimentary Botox. Opportunity to grow into management level positions We're looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with us. What you'll be doing Guest Experience Greet and check in guests in a warm, professional way Keep the front area clean, calm, and organized Make sure guests feel comfortable throughout their visit Scheduling & Communication Manage provider schedules and help keep the day on track Confirm appointments and follow up with guests Answer calls, texts, and general questions Clinical Support (light) Room patients and help prep for treatments Assist with treatment room turnover and patient flow support Help ensure providers stay on schedule throughout the day Assist with documentation support as directed by the clinical team Sales & Relationship Building Build strong relationships with guests Help guide them through services and treatment options Support rebooking and long-term retention What we're looking for Strong communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Able to handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed Professional but still warm and approachable Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need constant direction You'll do especially well in this role if you naturally enjoy staying busy, take ownership of your work, and like going above and beyond for clients without being asked.
