Job Duties Maintains cost control and evaluates budget needs for operations. Collaborates to establish plans consistent with mission, strategic operations, quality and safety improvement plan, and overall system goals. Manages and motivates multiple teams across several initiatives to achieve shared goal, while developing relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively communicates critical issues and intervenes accordingly, prepares and submits timely reports for operational review. Implements and adjusts workflows to streamline operations and corrective actions for cost control problems. Independently leads and facilitates initiatives, in collaboration with senior leaders, key stakeholders and network leadership working across multiple business areas and stakeholder groups. Provides data for developing project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs. Effectively conducts written and oral project updates for senior management and other leaders. Maintains ongoing, proactive relationships with all relevant stakeholders. Recommends and submits for capital expenditures to promote safe and efficient care delivery and sound business operations. Recommends and implements new technology as needed to advance care and align with most progressive industry standards. Routinely reviewing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors to address them promptly. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 years progressive experience in project management and/or hospital operations and 3 years direct management of large and complex projects Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines. Ability to identify business development and opportunities. Interpersonal skills and leadership to manage large, complex projects working effectively with internal and external executive personnel to accomplish organizational goals. Knowledge of healthcare work processes for all healthcare departments and divisions. Strong research and strategic analysis skills. Ability to use project management techniques to keep all teams aligned and focused on milestone level task reporting. Maintains appropriate confidentiality in working with stakeholders. Strong emotional intelligence and adept at relationship building.
