Job Description:
We are looking for a Practice Coordinator. This individual serves as the central point of contact and forward action for a thriving wealth management practice. By driving practice priorities, leading people and processes, and effectively communicating with clients and team members, the practice manager is an extremely important participant in our success. How will you help grow the Practice? You will... Prepare and submit insurance and investment paperwork and assist with new account openings, transfers, and transactions. Assist with the continuous development and implementation of our client service model. Enhance relationships with clients and prospects through your positive presence and through appropriate documentation in our CRM. Respond to routine client service issues and requests. Champion, train and implement technology. Provide administrative support to as needed: schedule appointments, answer and screen calls, compose and proofread correspondence and other written materials. Who do you need to be? You will be systems focused, pragmatic, and able to create order in a way that is both structured and flexible. Organized You should be a problem solver who is comfortable taking initiative. Attention to detail and a commitment to measuring results are key. This position requires a high degree of comfort with frequent change, an enthusiasm for competition, and the ability to prioritize work flows effectively. Experience Needed Experience establishing and maintaining systems for tracking activity. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills under pressure. Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Outlook, and Excel. Highly accurate typing, data entry, spelling, and proofreading skills FINRA Series 7 and 66/63 preferred
