Job Description

Job Title:
Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN)
Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overseeing clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role partners closely with Directors of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and support to Directors of Nursing across assigned facilities Ensure ongoing survey readiness and compliance with state and federal regulations Monitor and improve quality measures, including rehospitalization rates and infection control Assist facilities with staffing strategies, clinical workflows, and performance improvement Conduct regular site visits and clinical audits Support onboarding, training, and development of clinical leadership Collaborate with operations and executive leadership on clinical initiatives
Qualifications:
Active RN license required Prior experience as a Director of Nursing required Multi-site or regional experience preferred Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes Ability to travel regularly #Highpriority123
