Full-time Location:

Project Transition is seeking a Licensed Clinician driven to serve the toughest populations using evidence-based modalities in an interdisciplinary treatment team setting. Our long standing company mission is noble and offers meaningful clinical work, supportive supervision/case consultation, and the opportunity to shape personalized treatment pathways for individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs.
What You'll Do:
Provide individual therapy (e.g., DBT, Trauma Empowerment, Recovery, EBTs) Facilitate group therapy (e.g., DBT Skills, Harm Reduction, Recovery) Conduct a variety of assessments and develop person-centered Treatment & Transition Plans detailing measurable outcomes toward progress Collaborate on a multidisciplinary treatment team that has fun while working hard to change lives Maintain high-quality, timely clinical documentation Participate in weekly case consultation and monthly clinical supervision
What We're Looking For:
Active or license-eligible LCSW, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD 2+ years of clinical experience (residential/co-occurring preferred)
  • Passionate, driven, self-starters who can maintain poise while balancing a variety of competing demands Strong crisis management, teamwork, organization, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to practicing radical acceptance while delivering tailored, person-centered care
