They have a current opening for a Patient Care Manager for their service area that includes Lackawanna and Pike County, PA . Hospice or Home Health experience is ideal but other settings with field staff supervision may be considered. Patient Care Manager Job Requirements Hospice or Home Health experience preferred. Registered Nurse with supervisory experience. Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations. Patient Care Manager Job Responsibilities Manage clinical team. Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. Train and mentor nurses.
