Key responsibilities include conducting intake calls, gathering demographic and insurance information, verifying benefits, explaining services and timelines, and ensuring all required intake documentation is completed accurately and on time. The coordinator also manages evaluation scheduling, provider availability, appointment confirmations, and ongoing communication with families throughout the onboarding process.
Additional duties include coordinating therapist case assignments based on geographic service areas, assisting with classroom enrollment and open placements, processing referrals to EI and partner agencies, tracking IEP meetings and provider documentation deadlines, and ensuring providers remain current with onboarding, training, and annual compliance requirements.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with families and staff, and is passionate about helping children access quality services efficiently.

DescriptionIntake Coordinator ABA & Early InterventionFull time 9am-5pm Monday - Friday. flexibility to work events outside of working hours is preferredPosition SummaryThe Intake Coordinator ABA & Early Intervention is responsible for managing the intake, referral, and service coordination process for families entering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Early Intervention (EI), and related support programs.
