Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assisted Living Administrator, where you will lead the daily operations of a vibrant senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and support. In this role, you will oversee resident services, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a safe, engaging, and compassionate community that promotes independence and quality of life for all residents. Duties Manage the overall operation of the assisted living facility, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including memory care and dementia-specific services. Supervise staff members across various departments, providing leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain efficient operations while adhering to regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration and medical oversight for residents. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to assisted living, nursing home standards, and long-term care requirements. Foster positive relationships with residents' families by communicating effectively about care plans, progress, and community events. Lead efforts in quality assurance initiatives, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness to uphold the highest standards of resident well-being. Experience Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong background in senior care services. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams within long-term care or home & community care settings. Extensive knowledge of assisted living operations management, including budgeting, compliance, and regulatory standards. Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, memory care programs, and dementia-specific strategies to enhance resident quality of life. Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in group home environments is highly desirable. Strong understanding of medication administration protocols and healthcare procedures relevant to senior populations. Excellent leadership skills combined with effective communication abilities to motivate staff and engage residents' families confidently. Pay:
$46,867.27 - $56,442.30 per year
