Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Hearing Healthcare Office York, PA $35,360 - $40,520 (based on experience and bonuses) Are you someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a great customer experience? We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our York office. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a positive, welcoming experience while supporting the success of the office. This position is ideal for someone with office experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in sales or inside sales . What You'll Do Greet patients and create a warm, professional first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and manage the schedule Support patient flow throughout the day Assist with patient follow-up and communication Help maintain office organization and daily operations Support the provider in delivering an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For Previous office or administrative experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and multitasking Positive, team-oriented attitude Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly or salary + bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Stable, full-time position Opportunity for growth within the organization Why This Role Matters Hearing loss can isolate people from the moments that matter most.
