In this key role, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, guide and support Behavior Technicians, and serve as the main point of contact for client families. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and communicator with excellent organizational skills, dedicated to achieving meaningful outcomes and ensuring exceptional client care. Program Oversight & Supervision Ensure behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA are carried out effectively. Provide ongoing coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians, maintaining adherence to clinical protocols. Conduct weekly check-ins and in-session observations to monitor client progress and implement updates as needed. Create Learning Trees for newly onboarded clients. Offer in-person support to Behavior Technicians during their first two client sessions. Perform data review and administrative responsibilities, including: Reviewing raw data and technician session notes Analyzing progress trends and updating treatment goals Modifying instructional notes and prompt hierarchies Auditing session times, signatures, and documentation Developing visual supports and intervention materials Secure approvals for telehealth overlaps, community outings, and goal changes. Treatment Planning & Data Analysis Collect and evaluate clinical data from Behavior Technicians to monitor client progress. Apply a data-driven approach to inform treatment recommendations and deliver structured performance feedback. Collaborate closely with the BCBA to update intervention plans as necessary. Maintain thorough documentation and session notes to accurately track outcomes. Family & Client Communication Act as the primary point of contact for families, offering regular updates and responding to questions or concerns. Provide parent and caregiver training under the supervision of the BCBA. Foster a positive, supportive environment for clients and their families. Professional Development & Training Engage in ongoing trainings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities. Ensure Behavior Technicians remain current with best practices and intervention methodologies. Offer mentorship and constructive feedback to support team growth and performance. Compliance & Ethical Standards Follow UnityABA policies, BACB ethics, HIPAA requirements, and all confidentiality regulations. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients, staff, and families. Ensure continued adherence to all regulatory and industry standards.
