Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic ABA Program Manager to lead and coordinate our behavioral health services. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy, and support a team of dedicated behavior analysts and therapists. Your leadership will drive the delivery of high-quality care for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact by guiding clinical excellence while fostering a positive environment for both clients and staff. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of ABA therapy programs, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies Supervise and support behavior analysts and therapists in delivering effective behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles Oversee data collection processes to monitor client progress and inform treatment planning Coordinate intake assessments and facilitate the development of individualized treatment plans Ensure accurate medical documentation, including patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment records in accordance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistent care strategies Conduct regular staff training on behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, patient care protocols, and documentation standards Experience Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in a behavioral health or special education setting Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and diagnostic evaluation methods Experience managing clinical teams or programs within a healthcare or educational environment Familiarity with medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards Ability to perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes effectively Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, staff, and external providers Prior experience working with individuals with autism or disabilities is highly preferred Join us to lead impactful change by providing expert guidance in behavioral health services! Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
