Conduct regular data collection and analysis to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and educators, to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Lead intake assessments for new clients, establishing treatment goals aligned with each individual's needs. Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Provide training on behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, and data collection methods to staff members. Requirements Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and special education strategies. Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and interpret medical records effectively. Familiarity with medical documentation procedures, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of therapists and staff members. Exceptional organizational skills for managing data collection processes and maintaining detailed records. Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, social work or related field; advanced certifications or licenses in behavior analysis are preferred.
