Job Description Founded in 2005 by occupational therapist Kim Strunk, Hopebridge has grown into a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy. We use a collaborative, multidisciplinary model that includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy. By combining these services, we create individualized treatment plans that help each child build skills, improve communication, and gain independence.

The ACD is integral to the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local, in-center level. The ACD has exemplary clinical, leadership, and mentorship skills. Additionally, the ACD is able to successfully impart those skills - clinical, leadership, and professional growth - in fellow BCBAs. Skills & Qualifications What You'll Need Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required At least two years of experience as a BCBA Valid licensure in applicable states Ready to Make an Impact?
