Job Description Founded in 2005 by occupational therapist Kim Strunk, Hopebridge has grown into a leading provider of pediatric autism therapy. We use a collaborative, multidisciplinary model that includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy. The ACD is integral to the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local, in-center level. The ACD has exemplary clinical, leadership, and mentorship skills. Additionally, the ACD is able to successfully impart those skills - clinical, leadership, and professional growth - in fellow BCBAs.
