Join Grow With Me - Creciendo Juntos A Great Place to Grow! We're currently seeking a Full-Time Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team supporting the Vacaville , CA area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide behavioral services to young children in a supportive, collaborative, and family-focused environment. Position Overview As an Associate Clinical Supervisor, you will work closely with children, families, and team members to support developmental and behavioral growth through evidence-based practices. This role requires a passion for working with neurodiverse children and a commitment to collaborative care.
Salary Range:
$58,680-$72,800 a year (based on experience and qualifications) What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a related field (required) 1-2+ years of experience supervising Behavior Technicians and designing programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred) Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in clinical practice Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us? Drive time and mileage reimbursement between client visits Hybrid position - mix of remote and in-person responsibilities Comprehensive benefits package , including: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with up to 3% company match CEU reimbursement and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment focused on work-life balance Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support treatment planning and implementation Conduct parent/caregiver education and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Deliver direct behavioral interventions in home, school, and community settings Develop individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with ASD Utilize evidence-based practices including Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions Maintain documentation including behavioral data, progress notes, and case management reports Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to Behavior Technicians Conduct individual and group supervision sessions Schedule Hours available between Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Occasional Saturdays as needed Additional Requirements Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within a 30-mile radius of your assigned home office Must pass all pre-employment requirements (e.g., background check, physical examination) Valid California driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration required if driving Make a difference.
