Position Purpose Leads operational execution of Dartmouth's MHA program to ensure an exceptional student experience and regulatory compliance. Description This position is responsible for program administration for the Master of Health Administration degree program. Jointly offered from Geisel and Tuck, the MHA degree prepares students for management careers in health care and is taught by Geisel and Tuck faculty in a hybrid online/inperson format. Required Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration, student advising, or closely related field. Demonstrated successful work experience in an environment where collaboration with multiple stakeholders and flexibility were essential.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse, global constituencies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including skill with technologicallymediated communication, e.g. webbased videoconferencing and social media.
Facility with Canvas, Zoom, Google suite, Microsoft suite and GenAI platforms; ability to learn new technological platforms as needed.
Analytic skills and competency with spreadsheets.
Ability to build effective relationships with students, faculty, staff colleagues, and alumni.
Ability/willingness to travel and/or to work evenings and weekends as required, to attend and manage MHA events.
Ability to obtain and maintain Dartmouth driver certification.
Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in business or health care.
Content knowledge in academic areas of business and/or health care
