Job Description

We are actively hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across North Carolina, with opportunities available in Charlotte, Gastonia, High Point, Wilmington, Raleigh, Greensboro, Fayetteville, and Asheville. This position is an in‑person‑first hybrid role designed to fully align with upcoming NC ABA requirements, including at least 50% face‑to‑face client and staff contact. You will provide high‑impact, in‑person clinical care while still having meaningful work‑from‑home time for telehealth, documentation, and planning. $100,000 base salary for full‑time NC BCBAs Sign‑on bonus for qualified full‑time hires Relocation support for select North Carolina markets Leadership stipends for expanded responsibilities (e.g., supervising additional teams or sites) In‑person‑first hybrid model with at least 50% face‑to‑face services, aligned with NC requirements Flexible scheduling with a mix of clinic, home, and community visits plus structured telehealth Established referral sources and immediate caseload opportunities Dedicated administrative and scheduling support Clear pathways to clinical leadership and multi‑site roles Collaborative, clinician‑focused culture with strong executive backing Position Summary The BCBA will deliver behavioral health services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver training. Services will be primarily in person (clinic, home, and community) with telehealth used strategically where clinically appropriate and permitted by NC policy. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants meaningful face‑to‑face work, reasonable travel expectations, and a stable hybrid schedule that reflects North Carolina's evolving ABA rules. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and other clinically appropriate evaluations Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide in‑person supervision and coaching for RBTs/behavior technicians Deliver parent and caregiver training (in person and via telehealth where appropriate) Monitor client progress through data review and clinical decision‑making Complete clear and timely documentation, treatment authorizations, and payer requirements Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain compliance with BACB standards, NC licensure rules, payer policies, and internal procedures Contribute to quality improvement and support a culture of clinical excellence In‑Person‑First Hybrid Model (NC) At least 50% of all services and supervision provided face‑to‑face with clients and staff Telehealth used for appropriate supervision, parent training, and select sessions when allowed Work‑from‑home time built in for telehealth, documentation, and planning Reasonable regional travel expectations, supported by scheduling and operations teams We are proactively structuring this role around current and upcoming NC ABA requirements to keep your practice model compliant and sustainable.
