Salary:

$72,000 - $96,000 (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Clear path to Clinical Director advancement Ongoing mentorship and leadership development Supportive administrative team (scheduling, billing, authorizations) Balanced caseload with dedicated administrative time Collaborative and positive work environment Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Support Assist in supervising RBTs and BCaBAs Support staff training and development Ensure supervision requirements and clinical standards are met Program & Quality Oversight Review treatment plans, assessments, and session documentation Ensure compliance with payer requirements and best practices Provide feedback to improve clinical outcomes Operations & Team Coordination Collaborate with scheduling, billing, HR, and authorization teams Assist with caseload management and staff assignments Support performance tracking and team accountability Family & Client Support Maintain strong relationships with caregivers Assist with escalations and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Active BCBA certification (required) Experience working with and supervising RBTs Strong knowledge of ABA principles and compliance standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Who This Role Is For A BCBA ready to step into a leadership role with support and mentorship Someone looking for career growth and advancement opportunities A clinician who wants to make a broader impact beyond their caseload About Us Preferred Kids Services is a growing, clinician-led organization focused on delivering high-quality ABA services.
