We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and inspire a team of behavior analysts. As a BCBA Clinical Director at ABA Journey, you will have the opportunity to shape the delivery of services and ensure that the best evidence-based practices are implemented across our client base. Position Overview The BCBA Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of ABA therapy services, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will work directly with children, families, and a team of behavior analysts to ensure optimal outcomes. This is an in-person position serving clients in our Stockbridge Clinic, with flexibility that allows for a balance between professional and personal life. The BCBA Clinical Director will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day clinical management of the ABA therapy services. This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Oversight :
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across Georgia. Ensure all clinical services comply with company standards, state regulations, and ethical guidelines. Act as the primary point of contact for clinical concerns, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance to BCBAs and RBTs .
Assessment and Treatment :
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments to determine individual treatment needs as a BCBA . Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data. Oversee the creation and ongoing adjustments of treatment plans to ensure progress is being made, utilizing BCBA expertise.
Training and Development :
Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to RBTs and BCBAs under supervision. Offer support and guidance in the implementation of ABA principles, treatment plans, and behavior management techniques.
Data and Progress Monitoring :
Review data collected by RBTs and adjust treatment plans as needed. Ensure accurate documentation and progress tracking, making data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes as a BCBA .
Collaboration :
Work closely with families and caregivers to educate them on behavior strategies and encourage active participation in the therapeutic process, leveraging your expertise as a BCBA . Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and external agencies to provide holistic care.
Quality Assurance and Compliance :
Conduct regular clinical reviews and audits to ensure services meet the highest standards of care. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory changes in the field of ABA therapy, especially as they pertain to BCBA practices.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy, with a strong background in leadership and supervision. Previous experience managing a team of BCBAs and RBTs preferred. Strong understanding of behavioral principles and the ability to apply them across various settings as a BCBA . Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
