BCBA Clinical Director- In Home ABA

We are launching a new in-home ABA therapy company in San Diego serving families across the county. We are looking for an experienced BCBA to serve as Clinical Director and build something exceptional from the ground up. This is a ground floor opportunity with significant financial upside for the right person.

Compensation:

Base salary: $150,000 Signing bonus: $25,000 Health insurance stipend: $500/month Mileage reimbursement: $0.67/mile Profit sharing: 5% of net profit after year 1 Equity stake: Negotiable after year 2 Continuing education: Paid annually What you will do: Serve as Clinical Director overseeing all clinical operations Conduct intake assessments for new clients Write and maintain individualized treatment plans Supervise and support a team of RBTs across San Diego Provide in-person and telehealth supervision daily Deliver parent training in client homes and via telehealth Maintain full QASP compliance and documentation standards Build and grow a premium in-home ABA program from day one Your schedule: Structured weekly schedule combining in-person home visits across San Diego zones Monday through Thursday with work from home Fridays. Approximately 39 hours per week fully compliant with BACB supervision requirements.

What we are looking for:
