We are looking for a passionate, in-person BCBA who wants to make an impact while being part of a team that truly has your back. Compensation & Bonuses (Designed to Attract YOU)
Salary:
$85,000 - $105,000/year (based on experience & caseload)
Sign-On Bonus:
$3,000 Paid in milestones (e.g., 90 days + 6 months)
Quarterly Performance Bonus:
Up to $1,500
Annual Retention Bonus:
$2,000+
CEU Stipend:
