We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who values flexibility, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support. Why You'll Love Working With Us Flexible scheduling with some remote work opportunities Small, manageable caseloads Strong in-clinic support Ongoing collaboration with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs Free CEUs through Jade Health Competitive Compensation $100,000 base salary Relocation assistance available Comprehensive Benefits Medical, dental, vision + pet insurance 401(k) with company match 3 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays What You'll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic) Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start) Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities Ability to pass a background check Compleat KiDZ/Kare Partners is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
