Alpharetta, GA 30005 Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team and support our mission of providing exceptional, individualized ABA services. You will play a critical role in delivering client-centered care, supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and collaborating closely with families. You will work directly with our Clinical Director, a highly experienced and widely sought-after leader in the ABA industry, ensuring strong clinical support, mentorship, and guidance as you grow in your role. This is a full-time position with opportunities for ongoing professional development, career advancement, and leadership growth as we expand across metro Atlanta in 2026 and beyond. Clinical Practice at BTS At BTS, you will not be bogged down with unnecessary, mundane tasks. You will work at the top of your license, focusing on high-level clinical responsibilities such as assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical decision-making. Our dedicated Office Manager and Center Administrator handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence with strong systems, resources, and support in place. In addition, BTS is exceptionally well-equipped with clinical tools, toys, learning materials, and therapy resources to support strong engagement and effective skill-building. Our center is intentionally well equipped so that the resources and tools you need are readily available and at your fingertips. This helps make programming, client engagement, and supervision more efficient, less challenging, and less stressful, because you are not spending time scrambling for materials, activities to use, or resources to pull from, which are common challenges in many ABA centers that are trying to make do without the right tools and resources. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data collection Participate in ongoing training, CEU activities, and professional development Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working with children with autism (preferred) Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Leadership & Growth Opportunities Are you looking to grow into leadership opportunities?
