In this vital role, you will oversee clinical services for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. You will provide supervision to behavior technicians, conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, and support families through education and training. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of evidence-based behavioral interventions utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques tailored to each client's needs. Conduct functional assessments and behavioral psychological evaluations to inform treatment planning. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians, providing ongoing training in data collection, behavior management strategies, and documentation standards. Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for neurodevelopmental disorders. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and progress notes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and support clients' developmental goals across home-based and clinical settings. Support families by providing education on autism spectrum disorders, behavioral health strategies, and home-based intervention techniques. Experience Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure or certification in good standing. Licensed in the state of Georgia. Other states are a bonus. Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods. Prior experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations related to neurodevelopmental disorders. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, medical billing/CPT Codes and healthcare privacy standards such as HIPAA. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations in home-based or clinical environments supporting individuals with disabilities.
