We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor and help bring meaningful ABA services to an area of critical need. This is a primarily center-based position with some in-home requirements and offers a unique opportunity to build strong clinical programming in an underserved community. You will be supported by an exceptional administrative team, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership, mentorship, and meaningful outcomes for clients and families. Your Impact As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in shaping services, mentoring clinicians, and ensuring every client receives thoughtful, data-driven, and compassionate care. Your leadership will directly impact client progress and support the professional growth of the clinical team. A reduced caseload may be maintained as needed (to be determined during contracting). Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor clinical staff in the ethical delivery of ABA services
Develop, oversee, and refine individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis
Monitor client progress through meaningful data collection and clinical assessments
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to strengthen services and improve client outcomes
Ensure alignment with organizational values, policies, and regulatory requirements
Build trusting relationships with clients and families Qualifications & Experience
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role
Background working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical practice
Experience using data to guide clinical decision-making
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Passion for serving underserved or high-need communities Position Details
