About Us Accident Medical Centers is a growing multidisciplinary clinic providing chiropractic care, spinal decompression, regenerative medicine, and treatment for auto accident injuries. We are seeking a motivated, outgoing Business Development Manager to build referral relationships and help grow our patient base. Position Summary We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys networking, building relationships, and creating opportunities. This role focuses on developing partnerships with attorneys, medical providers, urgent care clinics, employers, gyms, and community organizations to increase awareness and generate new patients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain referral relationships with: Personal injury attorneys Urgent care clinics and primary care offices Physical therapists and medical providers Local businesses, gyms, and community organizations Conduct in-person visits and lunch-and-learn presentations. Attend networking events and community health fairs. Coordinate seminars and educational events. Follow up with referral sources and maintain relationships. Track leads and referral activity using CRM software. Collaborate with clinic leadership on marketing strategies. Represent Accident Medical Centers professionally within the community. Qualifications Previous business development, sales, healthcare marketing, or community outreach experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person visits. Highly organized and self-motivated. Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, personal injury, or medical sales is a plus. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Compensation Depending on Experience, plus uncapped performance bonuses. Bonus Opportunities Monthly bonuses based on new patient growth.
