JOB SUMMARY
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, ongoing performance improvement, and auditing of the designated pavilion's financial, strategic, and labor functions. Coordinates the reconciliation and reporting of all expenses, revenue, and labor productivity within the pavilion and any matrix-related areas that impact the pavilion operations. The Business Operations Manager leads financial and business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as conducting financial analysis and developing corrective action plans.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience:
Bachelor of Business Admin in Accounting, Finance or related field required; Master's Degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, or related field preferred. (And) Five (5) Years Work Experience in healthcare or project management and operational data analytics. Management Experience (Years and Area): Three (3) Years in Progressively responsible managerial/leadership experience in healthcare.
