Clinic Manager 360 Responder Heath, Medical, & Safety Kent, WA Job Details Part-time $45,000 - $65,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Qualifications Team leadership Supervising experience Outpatient services management Full Job Description Position Summary The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the established Puget Sound Fire Department clinic and play a central role in building a high-functioning, responder-focused healthcare environment. This individual will be responsible for operational leadership, staff coordination, patient flow, scheduling, customer experience, compliance, and implementation of clinic systems and workflows. This role will also support the expansion of the 360 model by developing and launching additional clinic locations, with the opportunity to oversee multi-site operations as the clinic scales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally strong, calm under pressure, and able to lead both people and process improvements in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Occupational Medicine Urgent care Fire/EMS health Concierge medicine Sports Medicine High-volume specialty clinics are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations Oversee daily clinic operations and workflow Ensure efficient patient throughput and scheduling Coordinate staffing, room utilization, and operational logistics Maintain high standards for patient and department experience Support launch and scaling of new clinical programs and services Clinic Expansion Partner with internal stakeholders and external organizations to support strategic growth and expansion into new clinic locations Serve as a key liaison between the 360 team and department/organizational partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation Support the planning, build-out, and operational launch of new clinic sites Contribute to the development of scalable processes and workflows to support multi-site growth Staff Leadership Manage front desk operations and supervise clinic staffing Assist with onboarding and training Foster a positive, mission-driven culture Coordinate communication between clinical and operational teams Process Improvement Identify workflow inefficiencies and operational gaps Implement systems to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency Support development of scalable operational procedures for future clinic expansion Assist in expansion to additional clinic sites Compliance & Documentation Support compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, occupational medicine, and clinic policies Oversee documentation workflows and medical records coordination Assist with quality improvement and operational reporting Department & Client Relations Serve as a point of contact for fire departments and organizational partners Coordinate department scheduling and communication Help ensure a professional, high-touch client experience Interface and represent 360 Responder with external partners such as lab, imaging and specialists Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational leadership experience 3-5+ years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience Experience supervising staff and managing workflows Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively Preferred Occupational medicine experience Fire service, EMS, or first responder healthcare familiarity Experience launching or scaling clinic operations Knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare operations technology Lean/process improvement or project management experience Experience with mobile or on-site health operations
