Salary:
From $4,000/month (negotiable based on experience)- 1.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain day to day operations of clinic - including attending to inquiries, answering phone calls, registration, dispensing and collection of payment, assisting in clinical procedures.
- Lead and supervise clinic assistants and support staff
- Manage patient service standards and service recovery
- Handle rostering, manpower planning and shift scheduling
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and clinic SOPs
- Inventory management, vendor liaison, and procurement
- Oversee billing, claims submission and reconciliation
- Support implementation of digital health systems and telemedicine services
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Assist in business development initiatives as clinic expands
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to work shifts
- Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
- Passionate about patient care
- Able to work in a team
- Strong digital literacy (clinic systems, basic IT troubleshooting)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Malay or Tamil is a bonus
- Independent, responsible and solutions-oriented
