Hybrid / Field-Based (DeKalb, Fulton, and Metro Atlanta partner sites); Dayshift (must be available during the day 8 AM - 3 PM ) Position Summary The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical leadership, trauma-informed oversight, staff supervision, quality assurance, and behavioral health coordination across The Well Community Collective (TWCC) and affiliated youth and family wellness programs. This role supports the clinical integrity and implementation of trauma-informed behavioral health services across multiple early learning, educational, community, and family-centered partner sites. The Clinical Coordinator oversees clinical quality, Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development, Family Support Plan (FSP) coordination, staff clinical support, therapeutic consultation, implementation fidelity, and behavioral health training initiatives. The Clinical Coordinator works collaboratively with the Operations & Field Coordinator, therapists, behavior specialists, educator and parent coaches, and leadership to strengthen systems of care, support staff wellbeing, improve service consistency, and ensure high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health programming. This role is intended to function as a clinical leadership and quality oversight position rather than a primary operational management role. Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Oversight Provide trauma-informed clinical oversight across TWCC programs and all partner sites Ensure clinical quality, consistency, and ethical implementation of behavioral health services Develop & oversee development, review, and implementation support for: Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Family Support Plans (FSPs) Behavioral recommendations Therapeutic support strategies Support program-wide trauma-informed care integration Review complex cases and provide clinical consultation to staff Assist with identifying referrals for psychological evaluations, speech services, occupational therapy, and additional supports Staff Clinical Supervision & Support Provide clinical supervision and coaching to: Behavioral Specialists Therapists Interns Coaches Conduct scheduled weekly supervision meetings and case consultations Support staff with: trauma-informed implementation, de-escalation strategies, behavioral observation skills, classroom consultation, emotional regulation support, and therapeutic communication approaches Conduct staff wellbeing check-ins and support burnout prevention efforts Reinforce healthy professional boundaries, self-regulation, and trauma-informed practices Clinical Quality Assurance & Documentation Review Conduct regular audits of: BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans) FSPs, observation documentation, progress notes, behavioral tracking, and therapeutic documentation Ensure documentation aligns with TWCC standards, trauma-informed practices, and quality expectations Provide corrective coaching and feedback regarding documentation quality and implementation fidelity Monitor clinical compliance and support continuous quality improvement efforts Training & Professional Development Assist with onboarding and clinical orientation of staff and contractors Develop and facilitate trainings related to: trauma-informed care, classroom behavior supports, SEL strategies, de-escalation, family systems, behavioral interventions, and staff wellness Contribute to curriculum development for youth, parent, educator, and wellness programming Collaboration & Program Support Collaborate with the Operations & Field Coordinator regarding: staffing concerns, compliance trends, implementation barriers, and program improvement needs Participate in leadership meetings, staffing discussions, and program planning Support communication and collaboration with partner agencies and educational sites Assist with program development, systems improvement, and clinical infrastructure strengthening Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree required in: Counseling Social Work Psychology Marriage & Family Therapy Behavior Analysis/Behavioral Health or related field Active Georgia licensure required:
BCBA LPC LCSW
LMFT or related behavioral health licensure Minimum 3 years experience working in: child and family behavioral health, trauma-informed care, educational or community-based behavioral support systems, or multidisciplinary behavioral health settings Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with: Experience supervising behavioral health staff or multidisciplinary teams Experience developing and implementing BIPs/FSPs Knowledge of classroom dynamics and early childhood behavioral supports Experience with trauma-informed organizational systems Experience conducting clinical audits and quality assurance reviews Experience facilitating staff trainings and professional development Knowledge of implementation fidelity and behavioral intervention frameworks People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
