We are looking for a Clinical Director (RN) who can take full ownership of our clinical operations and lead with confidence, structure, and care. This is not just a supervisory role—you will be the driving force behind clinical quality, compliance, and team performance. You will lead and mentor nursing staff, strengthen care processes, and ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and compliant home-based care. Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
Oversee all home health clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to care standards.
Team Management:
Supervise and support RNs, LVNs, and field staff. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight.
Compliance & Regulation:
Ensure full compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and California state home health regulations.
Care Planning Oversight:
Review, approve, and monitor patient care plans to ensure clinical accuracy and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and maintain quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and reduce risk.
Training & Development:
Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of clinical staff.
Interdisciplinary Coordination:
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care.
Operational Improvement:
Identify gaps in clinical workflows and implement efficient, compliant solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
3-5+ years in home health or healthcare clinical leadership (Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager, or similar role).
Licensure:
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage clinical teams, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of care.
Clinical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of home health regulations, documentation standards, and patient care protocols.
Communication:
Ability to communicate clearly with staff, patients, families, and physicians.
Mindset:
You are structured, accountable, and calm under pressure. You prioritize patient safety and operational clarity.
Pay:
$10,000.00 - $13,500.00 per month
