In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and foster a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Your expertise in mental health counseling, behavioral therapy, and case management will drive innovative treatment approaches and promote positive outcomes across diverse populations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs, including children, families, and adults with developmental disabilities, autism, PTSD, Alzheimer's disease, and addiction challenges. Duties Provide clinical leadership by supervising licensed clinicians and support staff to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing. Oversee intake processes, medical documentation, and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Lead group therapy sessions, family counseling initiatives, and specialized programs for pediatrics, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Alzheimer's care, PTSD, and addiction recovery. Coordinate crisis intervention efforts and manage urgent cases with professionalism and sensitivity. Collaborate with community agencies and home-based care teams to facilitate seamless service delivery across settings. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for data collection, case management, and progress tracking to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure staff receive ongoing training in behavioral health techniques, medical terminology, social work practices, and compliance standards. Skills Extensive experience in behavioral health treatment modalities including behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing. Proven ability to lead clinical teams with supervisory experience in mental health or social work settings. Strong background working with children, families, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Alzheimer's disease, PTSD, and addiction counseling. Skilled in crisis management and crisis intervention strategies across diverse environments such as hospitals or community settings. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic medical records (EMR systems). Exceptional patient assessment skills combined with case management expertise to develop effective treatment plans. Ability to foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
