This is a high-level leadership role responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. This role typically bridges the gap between direct clinical work and high-level business operations, focusing on maintaining service quality, mentoring staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Duties Clinical Leadership & Oversight :

Review and evaluate client programs to ensure accurate data collection and treatment implementation. This includes performing documentation audits for session notes and assessments.

Staff Mentorship & Development :

Supervise a team of BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and BCaBAs.

Case Management & Assessments :

Conduct initial ABA assessments (such as VB-MAPP or AFLS) and maintain a reduced active caseload.

Compliance & Ethics :

Serve as the acting Ethics and Quality Assurance Officer, ensuring all services follow BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Act as the primary liaison between families and the agency, facilitating parent training and addressing high-level customer service or HR Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles. Understanding of behavioral health concepts related to individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
