Job Description
Clinical Lead Therapist (Part-Time) The Jenkins Creative Counseling Center is seeking an experienced, fully licensed therapist to join our growing team as a Clinical Lead Therapist. This role combines direct clinical services with leadership responsibilities and is ideal for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others while maintaining an active caseload. The Clinical Lead Therapist will provide therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families while supporting the professional development of fellow clinicians through onboarding, consultation, and performance feedback. Responsibilities Maintain an active outpatient caseload. Provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based therapy services. Complete clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards. Conduct quarterly performance reviews for assigned clinicians. Assist with onboarding and training of new therapists. Provide clinical consultation and support to team members as needed. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to program development. Support implementation of agency policies, procedures, and clinical standards. Qualifications Fully Licensed LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent in North Carolina. Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Previous leadership, supervision, mentoring, or training experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback while supporting clinician growth and development. Schedule Flexible part-time schedule. Leadership responsibilities estimated at approximately 3-8 hours per month. Active caseload required. Compensation Additional monthly leadership stipend for completion of leadership responsibilities, including quarterly reviews, onboarding support, consultation, and participation in leadership activities.
