Job Description The Clinical Manager oversees daily operations, clinical coordination, compliance, and financial performance for a growing mobile podiatry and wound care program serving skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, and home-based patients. This role manages provider scheduling and routing, documentation, billing workflows, equipment readiness, infection control standards, and clinical protocols while ensuring regulatory compliance (including Medicare Part B and long-term care requirements). You'll recruit, train, and supervise providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff, monitor productivity and development, and ensure licensure/credentialing/CE compliance. You'll also oversee budgeting, revenue cycle performance, billing accuracy (CPT/ICD), operational KPIs, and support growth initiatives through facility partnerships and service expansion—while maintaining strong relationships with facilities, patients, and families. . Education & Work Experience Requirements 5+ years of healthcare management experience Knowledge of Medicare billing and long-term care regulations Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills Proficiency with EHR and healthcare management systems .
