This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of mental health education, foster professional growth, and enhance the quality of care delivered across diverse settings. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep commitment to advancing mental health practices through comprehensive education and fellowship initiatives. Duties Co-Design, develop, and execute comprehensive educational curricula tailored for clinical mental health professionals at various stages of their careers. Co-Lead the planning and coordination of fellowship programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and accreditation standards. Collaborate with clinical teams, academic institutions, and community partners to create enriching learning experiences that promote evidence-based practices. Provide mentorship and supervision to fellows, trainees, and junior staff to foster professional development and clinical excellence. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis, continuously refining educational strategies to maximize impact. Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions that address emerging trends, new research findings, and evolving clinical techniques in mental health care. Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within all educational initiatives to ensure accessible learning opportunities for all candidates. Qualifications Advanced degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health discipline; licensure or certification preferred. Proven experience in developing and leading mental health education programs or fellowship initiatives. Strong understanding of current evidence-based practices in clinical mental health treatment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative environments. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to present complex concepts clearly. Demonstrated ability to analyze program data to inform continuous improvement efforts.
