This is an operations-first role , not a traditional clinical or therapy position. You will be responsible for ensuring patients move efficiently from referral → scheduled → seen , while coordinating clinicians, managing external vendors (billing and credentialing), and supporting school-based partnerships. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced environment with strong demand already in place. Responsibilities Program Operations Manage daily scheduling and patient flow across telehealth and school-based services Ensure referrals are converted into scheduled and completed visits Monitor key metrics including utilization, show rate, and referral conversion Vendor Management Coordinate with billing partners to ensure claims are submitted and tracked appropriately Work with credentialing partners to support provider onboarding and payer enrollment Identify and resolve operational issues quickly Clinician Coordination Support onboarding and scheduling of therapists Maintain organized clinician schedules across sites Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational needs School & Family Coordination Coordinate with school staff to support in-school sessions Ensure communication between clinicians, schools, and families is clear and timely Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows over time Help build a structured, repeatable model as the program grows What Success Looks Like Referrals are scheduled within 48-72 hours High show rates and minimal unfilled slots Clinicians are fully scheduled and supported Billing and credentialing processes run smoothly Operations become more efficient over time Experience Experience in healthcare operations, program coordination, or similar role Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Not Required) Experience in behavioral health or working with clinical teams Familiarity with billing or credentialing workflows Experience working with schools or community-based programs Licensed therapist background (LCSW, LCPC, etc.) Compensation Base salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Additional performance-based bonus tied to program outcomes Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Why Join Us Strong referral volume already in place (no need to build demand) Direct impact on how care is delivered and scaled Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the program expands
