• National Telehealth Brand Corte Madera, CA Afterglow is a fast-growing medical aesthetics, regenerative wellness, and telehealth startup looking for a highly dynamic PA or NP who wants to grow with an expanding company.

This is not a traditional provider role. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, adaptable, organized, client-focused, and excited about the future of aesthetics, wellness, longevity medicine, hormones, peptides, GLP-1, and concierge care. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment and helping across both clinical and operational areas of the business. Responsibilities Conduct wellness and aesthetic consultations Prescribe and manage treatments including hormones, peptides, GLP-1, and wellness protocols Help organize patient flow, follow-ups, and clinical operations Support telehealth growth and patient onboarding Assist with staff coordination and clinic logistics Help create an exceptional luxury client experience Support sales conversations and treatment plan conversions Collaborate on social media/content ideas and brand growth Work closely with the founder on new initiatives and expansion Ideal Candidate PA or NP licensed in California Interested in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, wellness, and concierge care Strong communication and people skills Organized, proactive, and able to move quickly Comfortable in a startup environment Interested in growth and leadership opportunities Sales-minded and confident educating clients Aesthetics or hormone optimization experience is a plus What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding startup Leadership and growth potential within telehealth and wellness divisions Collaborative and creative environment Access to cutting-edge wellness and aesthetic treatments Competitive compensation structure based on experience We are building something modern, elevated, and different from the traditional medical model — and are looking for someone excited to help shape that vision.
