Job Description

RPNT Acute Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Coordinator with dialysis experience to support quality improvement initiatives, staff education, compliance auditing, and patient safety across contracted facilities. Candidates must have knowledge of CMS regulatory requirements, survey readiness, and the ability to develop action plans for deficiencies. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with TJC, CMS, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies, as well as ensuring staff receive ongoing education and compliance training. Minimum of 3 years dialysis experience required. Travel between facilities is required.

From $100,000.00 per year
