Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a licensed clinician (LMSW or LPC) to serve as a Clinical Services Manager in a growing behavioral health clinic. This is a hybrid role combining clinical care (50%) with clinic operations and team leadership (50%) . You'll work directly with ownership to support patient care, improve clinic performance, and help scale services in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. What You'll Do Clinical (50%) Provide psychotherapy services to patients (individual therapy, assessments as appropriate) Conduct group therapy sessions for IOP/PHP patients. Operations & Leadership (50%) Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow Manage front desk and clinical support staff (MAs, coordinators) Optimize scheduling and reduce gaps in provider schedules Monitor key metrics (no-shows, utilization, patient volume) Support intake, insurance verification, and authorizations Lead daily team huddles and ensure accountability across staff Help implement new services (e.g., Spravato, TMS) and improve workflows Maintain timely and compliant documentation Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care What We're Looking For Active LBSW, LMSW or LPC license (required) 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient behavioral health preferred) Interest in leadership, operations, and clinic growth Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with schedules, data, and performance metrics Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented Experience with EMR systems (Tebra/Kareo preferred, not required)
Compensation & Growth Base Salary:
~$60,000 Clinical Services Salary ~ Production basedPerformance Bonus:
Quarterly bonus tied to clinic performance (strong upside).Total Target Compensation:
