EXPERIENCE
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist Master's Degree in the human service field or nursing. A minimum of 5 years experience in the mental health field. A minimum of 5 years experience treating individuals with addiction. A minimum of 2 years experience supervising employees providing treatment to individuals with addiction. Experience managing a staff of 5 or more employees. Experience organizing and managing large quantities of files and records. Proficiency with MS Office program and ability to create spreadsheets and databases with Excel. Excellent leadership skills and strong ability to take initiative. Strong organizational skills and ability to self-direct. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce high quality and accurate work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include but are not limited to the following: Assist with the answering of phone lines professionally; evaluate caller needs/direct to appropriate administrative staff Greet all guests professionally Remain aware of DBHDD and OHS regulations and CARF company standards Verify eligibility & screen referrals Schedule initial and re-assessments with clinical staff as needed Monitor client authorizations to record and track dates of authorization Conduct case assignments to assure all approved cases are assigned and being worked Manage client service and client assistance issues Review client billable hours weekly and make staffing adjustments as needed Conduct individualized meetings with counselors for training purposes providing education and guidance Perform quality assurance of service programs and counselor performance by calling or visiting clients periodically Cultivate company resource relationships with other for-profit and non-profit services that may provide wrap around or more comprehensive care for clients Communicate weekly with Office Manger regarding staffing needs Communicate weekly with CEO regarding program performance and program needs or concerns Perform other duties as assigned
