Clinical Supervisor Your Job As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of clinicians while ensuring high-quality, effective services are delivered to children and families. You'll guide clinical decision-making, provide supervision, and help shape services that promote safety, healing, and long-term success.

• Master's degree in Social Work or related human services field
• Active clinical licensure required per state guidelines
• Experience providing clinical services to children and families
• Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage documentation, compliance, and clinical standards

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
