We are currently seeking independently licensed professionals with experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and/or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) settings. Position Requirements Active Virginia license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) Previous clinical leadership or supervision experience preferred Strong experience working within IOP and/or PHP programs Knowledge of behavioral health documentation, treatment planning, and compliance standards Passion for quality care, leadership, and program development
