We're growing and looking for an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or LPCC to join us as a Clinical Supervisor. Responsibilities Supporting associates and trainees as they build core clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and case conceptualization Providing both individual and group supervision Offering guidance on clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning Partnering with leadership on clinical operations, training, and service delivery Maintaining a small caseload to stay connected to direct clinical work What you bring: Active California licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) Experience providing individual and group clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians & trainees Strong clinical foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with a solid understanding of ethical and legal standards in both therapy and supervision. Experience working in Medi-Cal funded programs, with familiarity in PAVE and CAQH preferred. Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a commitment to cultural responsiveness and working with diverse communities. Flexible and willing to work from Hively offices as needed. Clinical supervision training, community mental health experience, and bilingual Spanish proficiency are all strong pluses and highly encouraged to apply! Compensation and Schedule $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience. Hybrid schedule : 3 days on-site in Oakland (flexibility to support on-site afternoon schedules), 2 days remote.
