Job Description

Job Overview Courageous Steps, a growing non-profit serving communities all over Eastern and Northern Maine, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its' Home & Community Program to support the continued growth and development of our programs and services. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership, staff coaching, treatment oversight, and quality assurance support for Home & Community services. This position ensures services are clinically appropriate, individualized, compliant with MaineCare and program standards, and implemented with fidelity to treatment goals. The Clinical Supervisor supports staff through case consultation, documentation review, treatment planning oversight, clinical coaching, service transitions, and quality monitoring while promoting high-quality, family-centered care and continuity of care across environments. Responsibilities Clinical Oversight & Treatment Planning Clinical Documentation Supervision Staff Clinical Coaching & Supervision Intake, Assessment & Care Coordination Quality Assurance & Program Improvement Team Communication & Leadership Support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, special education, behavioral health, human development, or related field preferred. Seeking Master's degree in the same or similar related field above. Minimum 2 years of experience providing services to children, families, behavioral health, developmental disability populations. Knowledge of MaineCare documentation, medical necessity standards, treatment planning, and community-based service delivery preferred.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
