Job Description

We have three programs at Behavioral Therapy Solutions; Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Outpatient Therapy (Mental Health Therapy), Therapeutic Consultation, and Educational Consult Services. Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of behavior therapists and technicians
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Train and coach staff on evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
