Job Description

The Children and Youth Division of Rehabilitation Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/Team Leader for its Delaware County Youth ACT Team. This is your chance to apply! Some work from home will be available for this position. The program will serve youth ages 10-20 years 11 months. The program will provide intensive clinical treatment for youth who had traditionally faced challenges with the current mental health treatment model. Program staff are a team who utilize youth guided, family driven approaches to develop the best strategies and interventions for mental health recovery and wellness. Team Leader will have the responsibility of guiding/supervising the team, coordinating, and attending intakes, providing supervision of team members, and will coordinate/collaborate and partner with SPOA (Single Point of Access) for all referrals to the program. The team leader will facilitate collaboration and partnership with community-based programs and services for continuity of care and delivery of quality services. The team leader will have additional administrative responsibilities for the Youth ACT Program This position does require a rotation of on-call responsibilities Qualifications for this
Position:
Credentialed New York State Licensed Mental Health providers are required (LMSW, LCSW, and LMHC) 2 years of experience working with youth and families; preferred Bi-lingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidate must have the ability to work with a diverse population. Must have strong communication skills. Knowledge of trauma informed care service delivery will be a plus.

Active/Valid driver's license Successful clearance by Justice Center and New York State Office of Children and Family Services Statewide Central Register Database Check. EOE Pay:
$74,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
