This isn't a "fill the seat" hire. We have strong opinions about sustainability, autonomy, and not burning out the people we depend on. We also are living in a dramatic time for our field (and the world. oh my!) and navigating everything left and right can be tiring! If you're at a point in your career where you want real leadership with real say in your schedule and structure, this might be worth a conversation. What the role actually looks like Up to 20 client sessions per week — intentionally capped, not aspirationally capped Supervision of up to 4 associates Dedicated admin time built into your schedule (not squeezed between sessions) No after-hours expectations. No caseload creep. Where you'll have real input We want this role shaped around your strengths — not handed to you as a finished blueprint. How you balance direct client work, supervision, and consultation How you run supervision: your style, your rhythms, your approach to reflective practice How we grow the clinical side of the practice — you'll be in those conversations, not informed after the fact The core work Oregon Board-aligned clinical supervision for up to 4 associates Case consultation, documentation review, ethical oversight Supporting associate development through mentorship, not just compliance tracking Maintaining your own caseload and staying grounded in direct client work with clients you choose Collaborating with leadership on clinical services, culture, and community access Who we are Linktherapy LLC is a small and yet intentional community-centered counseling practice in SE Portland and downtown Milwaukie. We are working hard to meet the needs of our communities while also helping support providers so they can find a way to make this important work sustainable for themselves and their loved ones.
