$46-56/hr Hybrid Opportunity:

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor who is equal parts clinician, coach, mentor, and champion for both clients and staff with our Mental Health Program. What You'll Be Doing Lead & Develop Clinicians Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed-eligible clinicians, interns, and program staff Mentor, coach, and support staff growth while ensuring clinical excellence Review assessments, treatment plans, clinical documentation, and service notes Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development planning Partner with leadership on quality assurance, compliance, and best practices Stay Connected to Clinical Work Maintain a small direct service caseload (approximately 10-15% of your time) Conduct intakes, risk assessments, safety planning, and therapy services as needed Support clients using evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions Help Shape Programs & Services Collaborate with leadership on program development and implementation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and special projects Support data tracking, reporting, and program evaluation efforts Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture What We're Looking For Required:
Active California licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Qualified by the State of California to supervise associates and trainees Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience Minimum 2 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and trauma-focused interventions Experience working within nonprofit, community mental health, or social service settings preferred Bonus Points For:
