Responsibilities and Duties Provide direct clinical supervision staff/interns/clinicians directly, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency's policies and procedures Maintain a small client caseload Support supervises in meeting productivity requirements Monitor caseloads & related duties, coordinate activities of staff providing services to meet the treatment plan goals of individuals and families. Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. Provide clinical coverage Collaborate on annual reviews of assigned clinicians Coordinate clinical presentations for staff meeting Attend Staff Meeting Attend Supervisors Meeting Maintain billable hours based on contract Perform other duties as assigned as the program evolves and needs change. Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or similar degree Must be independently licensed as an LMHC or LICSW Minimum 3 years' post-licensed Familiar with the provision of services via telehealth and management of a remote workforce
License/Certification:
