The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical practices and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to staff as they deliver care to clients with various mental health needs. We have telehealth and/or in person option of work in Moreno Valley, CA. Duties Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote or in person counseling services to a desirable caseload (minimum of 10 clients). Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies (if applicable) Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Train and mentor staff on best practices in direct support and therapeutic techniques. Stay current with developments in the field of mental health counseling through ongoing education and training. Skills Strong understanding of therapeutic background. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work effectively with individuals diverse populations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clinical documentation. Capacity for empathy, patience, and understanding when working with clients facing mental health challenges.
